1. Site of Yodoe Battery

①淀江台場跡

Remains of the battery built to be prepared for attacks by foreign ships.

2. Yodoe Fishing Port

②淀江漁港

The fishing port that was built about 250 years ago. A popular spot for anglers because of its abundance of the variety of fish.

3.Wagasa Denshokan

③淀江和傘伝承館

Yodoe Umbrella Preservation Center.

The place to learn all about the Yodoe Umbrella. You can also make your own!

4.Mukibanda Yayoi Settlement Site

④妻木晩田遺跡

One of the largest ruins in the nation from the Yayoi period.

The shrine where the Ishiuma statue is located and where the event Hassaku Tsunahiki is held.

An exhibition hall where you can get a glimpse of the historical changes and relics of Yodoe plain that have been inhabited since the Jomon period.

9.Iwaya Burial Mound

A rare type of burial mound in Hoki Kodai-no-Oka Park that you can actually enter inside.
