※A guardian must be accompanied if the participant is an elementary school student and younger.

※小学生以下の参加については保護者同伴でお願いします。

  

<Requirements for Smartphone Stamp Rally サポート環境＞

※You need to have a smartphone connected to the internet to play the Smartphone Stamp Rally.

※スタンプラリーに参加するためには、インターネットに接続されたスマートフォンが必要です

 

The following OS and browsers are compatible.

以下のOS・ブラウザでの動作をサポートしています。

 

·       iPhone: iOS11 or later / Safari for browser

        iPhone: iOS 11 以降 / ブラウザ：Safari

 

·       Android: Android6 or later / Chrome for browser

                    Android: Android 6 以降 / ブラウザ：Chrome

 

Any other OS or browsers are not supported.

上記の環境以外での動作についてはサポート対象外となります。

 

Some smartphones may not be able to participate in the Smartphone Stamp Rally. 

一部のスマートフォンでは、スタンプラリーに参加できない場合がございます。

 

Also, you cannot participate in it from a computer, tablet, and feature phone.

また、パソコンやタブレット、フィーチャーフォンからは参加できません。

 

<Location Settings　位置情報の取得>

※Smartphone Stamp Rally uses GPS in your phone.

※このスタンプラリーはGPSスタンプです。

 

Please accept when you are asked for information about your location.

スタンプ時に「位置情報の利用」を求められた場合、必ず許可してください。

 

If you deny it, you may not be able to get a stamp.

拒否するとスタンプすることが出来ません。

 

·    If you cannot get a stamp even though you are at the right place, you may have a problem with GPS and/or cell phone   

     signals.

   　     スポットにいるにもかかわらずスタンプを取得できない場合、GPS電波がうまく取得できていない可能性があります。

     

     Please check your location with a map app and/or move to a different spot and try it again.

                  Mapアプリで現在位置を確認する、少し場所を移動するなどして、再試行してください。

 

·     Smartphone Stamp Rally may not be able to detect your location correctly depending on your phone and

      communication environment.

                  ご利用の機種や通信環境によっては位置情報が正しく読み込めない場合があります。

 

<About Getting Stamps  スタンプの獲得＞

 

※Your stamp acquisition history may not be saved correctly depending on the smartphone setting.

※ご利用いただくスマートフォンの設定によっては、スタンプの獲得履歴が正しく残らない場合があります。

 

·       Use the same browser every time you collect stamps.

                   スタンプを集める際は毎回同じブラウザでアクセスしてください。

 

       If you access it with a different browser, your stamp acquisition history may not be saved correctly.

                   異なるブラウザでアクセスすると、スタンプの獲得履歴が正しく残りません。

 

     Not-supported browsers, such as in-app browsers, cannot be used.

                 アプリ内ブラウザなど、ブラウザ以外のアプリでは参加できません。

 

    Please access the Smartphone Stamp Rally with Safari for iPhone and Chrome for Android.

                 iPhoneの場合はSafari、Androidの場合はChromeでアクセスしてください。

 

·   Do not use secret browsers such as incognito mode(Android) and private browsing mode(iPhone).

   シークレットモードでアクセスしないでください。

 

　 Your stamp acquisition history may not be saved correctly.

　 ブラウザのプライベートブラウジングモード（シークレットモード）では、スタンプの獲得履歴が残りません。

 

　 Please use normal browsing mode.

　 通常モードでご利用ください。

 

·    Do not delete browser history while playing Smartphone Stamp Rally.

 　　　  ブラウザの履歴を削除しない

 

 

　 Please note that if you delete the browser history while participating, your stamp acquisition history will be deleted.

  参加中、ブラウザの履歴を削除するとスタンプの獲得履歴が消えてしまうので注意してください。

 

 ※ The data restoration feature is provided in case stamp history and benefits are lost.

 ※万が一スタンプや特典の履歴が消えてしまった場合の対策として、データの復元機能を設けています。

 

By saving the restoration QR code in advance, you can restore the data.

事前に復元用QRコードを保存しておくことで、データを復元することができます。

 

A recovery QR code will appear when a participant earns the first stamp.

参加者が初めてスタンプを獲得すると、復元用QRコードがポップアップ表示されます。

 

Please take a screenshot and save it.

この復元用QRコードを表示した状態でスクリーンショットを撮影し、保存してください。

<Others　その他＞ 

 

※ Please follow the traffic rules.

   交通ルールは守って下さい。

 

※Using a smartphone while walking is hazardous. When looking at the screen, please stop in a safe place so you will not disturb the   

   people around you.

  歩きスマホは大変危険です。画面を見るときは周りの方の迷惑にならない安全な場所に立ち止まってください。

 

※ Do not enter areas such as private properties or buildings that are prohibited from entering without permission.

    私有地や建物など許可なく立ち入ってはいけない場所には入らないでください。

 

※ If entry is restricted due to the construction, even if it is the targeted spot for the Smartphone Stamp Rally, please act according  

     to the on-site guidance.

    スタンプラリーの対象スポットであっても工事等で立ち入り制限等が行われている場合、現場の案内に従い行動してください。

 

※Please cooperate in preventing the spread of new Coronavirusinfection.

   新型コロナ感染拡大防止にご協力ください。

 

※Please refrain from participating in the Stamp Rally if you are not feeling well.

   体調の悪い方は参加をご遠慮ください。

 

※Please wear a mask and disinfect your hands when you enter the stores and/or facilities. 

    店舗・施設内では、マスクの着用と手指の消毒をお願いします。
